Antwerp HÅVN
HÅVN was designed by Johannes Norlander, a masterly architect who is well known in his home country Sweden. The green setting of Nieuw Zuid and the attraction of the stream convinced Norlander to design outside the borders of his own country for the very first time. His designs are best described as pure and austere, with a restraint roughness. Sleek lines are combined with transparency and simplicity.

Welcome to HÅVN, a new icon near the stream, with a great variety of types of dwellings. The Scheldt is omnipresent in the design, which plays with transparency and light. Large floor-to-ceiling windows transport the light into the centre of the living spaces.
